Booking Conditions

To reserve the "Property’, the Client should confirm the reservation and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit. Following receipt of the confirmation and deposit, we will send a invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc, since there are not covered by the Owner’s insurance.

The maximum number to reside in the ‘Property’ shall not exceed the number given in the description, unless the owner has given written permission.

The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the ‘Property’ and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Although a final clean is included in our prices, the Agency reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the ‘Property’ in an unacceptable condition. The Client agrees to remove all rubbish from the property and empty the fridge of all perishable items on departure.

The security deposit covers any damage to or in the property.

The client shall report to the agency without delay any defect in the ‘Property’ or breakdown in the equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the ‘Property’ or garden, and arrangements for repair and/or replacement will be made as soon as possible.

The agency shall not be liable to the client:

  • For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the ‘Property’, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery, or appliance in the ‘Property’or garden.
  • For any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riots, war, strikes, or other matters beyond the control of the Agency.
  • For any loss or inconvenience to the customer if the ‘Property’ is destroyed, damaged, sold or otherwise unavailable prior to commencement of the rental. The agency will refund the amount aleady paid for the property within 7 days of notification.

The agency will meet clients until 18:00 and escort them to the property. After that time clients must find their own way following the given agency directions.
After 18:00 the agency holds no liability. 
For properties which can not be found without guidance the agency offers client guidance until 20.00 for an extra fee of 50,- euros. 

The full rental price must be paid for all cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
