As it is on the top floor one has a fantastic
sea view.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning cold/warm, washing machine, micro wave, Sat TV, DVD and music system.
A 2 minutes walk takes you to the beach.
Shops restaurants and bars are nearby. The area is well known for treking.
The tram takes you from the port to Soller.
