Recently built terraced stone house with traditional features
enjoying superb views of the Tramuntana moutains.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining area with doors to the
large 25 m2 front terrace, a well equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Winding stairs lead to the upper floor with three bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds,
one single, and a bathroom.
The house has Sat TV, music system, washing machine
and radiators. Because of the winding stairs the house is not suitable for small children.
Below there is a garage with private parking.
A short walk takes you to the village square with it's authentic small bars,
restaurants, shops and banks. It is only a 10 minutes drive to the center
of Soller and 15 minutes to the port and beach of Soller.
