Carefully restored house, retaining original
features, located in a tranquil rural area of Soller, with beautiful large garden and stunning views to the mountains.
On the ground floor there is a modern well
equipped kitchen with access to the garden and the rear terrace,
a small sitting room with open fire place, a seperate dining room with large
dining table and a bedroom with twin beds. Stairs lead up to the large living
room which covers the length of the house and a double bedroom with spacious
en suite bathroom.
The house is equipped with Sat TV, music system, dishwasher, washing machine and AC in the bedrooms.
The under floor
heating creates a very nice and cosy atmosphere in cooler months.Outside the season there are many attractions such as the almond blossom, walking and climbing in the beautiful Tramuntana mountains, tennis and golf, all reachable within a 20 minutes drive.
Private parking for a small car is available. The access road is very narrow and is only suitable for a small car.
The house is not suitable for children under 4 years. Pets are not allowed.
A 5 minute walk
takes you to the center of Soller. The beach of Port de Soller is 3 km away,
the tram is going there every 30 minites. The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away by car.
