A beautiful house on three floors done in a very tasteful
way with fantastic sea views. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining
area with access to the front terrace with sea view, a well equipped
kitchen with access to the rear terrace with dining table and BBQ.
There are four double bedrooms, a twin bedded room, a bedroom with double sofabed, two en suite bathrooms, two separate bathrooms. There is a guest apartment in the garden with double bedroom and en suite bathroom. Five of seven bedrooms have doors opening to the garden.
On lower level there is a games room with table tennis and children's toys and an additional single bed on the gallery, the room has access to the garden.
The pool with a large sun terrace is located in the upper part of the garden and enjoys outstanding views to the sea.
There is central heatig, room fans, Sat TV, IPod player, internet access, dish washer, washing machine, dryer and BBQ.
A short drive will take you into either Deia, Valldemossa or Soller for eating out, shopping or swimming. All these places have a nice little beach with restaurants.
