enjoying superb views of the Fornalutx valley with it's olive, almond and
citrus trees.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with doors to the
front terrace, a well equipped kitchen and a small rear terrace.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds,
both have ensuite bathrooms.
The house has Sat TV, DVD, WiFi, music system, washing machine
and dish washer and radiators.
Below there is a garage with private parking and a store room.
A short walk takes you to the village square with it's authentic small bars,
restaurants, shops and banks. It is only a 10 minutes drive to the center
of Soller and 15 minutes to the port and beach of Soller.
