situated above Port of Soller with beautiful views down of the sea and harbour.
The Duplex has all modern conveniences and
retains traditional character. There are front and rear terraces with access
to a small private garden. It is s built on the
top two floors and is part of recently built modern complex.
On the top floor there is a large living-dining
area with access to the front terrace and a well equipped open plan kitchen
with access to the big rear terrace with pine trees. On the floor below there
are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and two en suite bathrooms. There
is a double sofabed in the living room. The apartment is very light, the two
terraces make it possible to enjoy sun or shade at any time of the day.
There is a large shared swimming pool only a few steps away.
The apartment has internet access, Wi-fi,
DVD, Sat TV, Video, CD,
central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, micro wave, cot
and high chair. Private parking in front
of the house.
It is on the top floor of three so would not suit those who cannot handle
steps.
A 15 minute walk takes you down to the beach of Port de Soller, the shops bars and restaurants. The tranvia takes you to Soller or to the beach "Repic" at the other end of the bay.
