situated outside Deia. A 5 hectare finca surrounded by hundreds of ancient olive trees. In the 14th century it was a monastery, the origins go back to the 13th century.
The beautiful old rustic house is located on the top of a hill with stunning mountain and sea views.
There is a big entrance hall with small chapel for weddings or concerts and
a 75 m2 top room for Yoga or other courses as well as a large space outside the house for weddings or family gatherings.
Weddings or family gatherings can be organized including or excluding the use of the house or just some rooms.
It is a traditional Majorcan house of stone with simply decorated bedrooms and antique furniture. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, four other double bedrooms, a room with twin beds and a dormitory with eight futon style individual single beds, there are five bathrooms inside the house and two exterior bathrooms.
There is kitchen with large sit-in fireplace, a small library,a TV room and living room.
There are different terraces with stunning sea views.
The pool is located in a beautiful garden and enjoys fantastic sea views.
There is private parking for several cars.
