situated outside Deia. A 7,5 hectare finca surrounded by hundreds of ancient olive trees. In the 14th century it was a monastery, the origins go back to the 13th century.
The beautiful old rustic house is located on the top of a hill with stunning mountain and sea views.
It is a traditional Majorcan house of stone with simply decorated bedrooms and antique furniture. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms , four other double bedrooms, a room with twin beds and a dormitory with eight futon style individual single beds, there are five bathrooms inside the house and two exterior bathrooms.
There are as well a big entrance hall with tiny chapel for weddings, concerts, etc., a kitchen with large sit-in fireplace, a 75 m2 top room (Yoga room) for different purposes, a small library, a TV room and living room.
There are different terraces with stunning sea views .
The pool is located in a beautiful garden and enjoys fantastic sea views.
The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv, internet access, barbecue and private parking.
A short drive will take you into either Deia, Valldemossa or
Soller for eating out or swimming. All these places have a nice little beach
with restaurants.
