a charming traditional mallorquin house with a large garden situated just
outside Soller and a few minutes walk away from the center.
The main house has four double bedrooms, one bedroom with twin beds, two en suite bathrooms,
one seperate bathroom, a living-dining room with library another one with
sofas and arm chairs for 10 people, a well equiped kitchen with two fridges,
a large terrace with dining table for 12 people , sitting areas and sun loungers,
a big pool 13x6m, Jacuzzi for 7 people, and a private tennis court.
There is a comfortable study with double bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen,
living room and covered terrace.
The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher,
washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, barbecue, satellite Sky TV, DVD player
with large collection of movies, telephone, wireless Internet access, cot,
high chair.
Pets are accepted.
Although it is very quiet it is only a few minutes walk to the shops, bars
and restaurants. A 5 minutes walk takes you to the bar of Biniaraitx, a 10
minutes walk either to Fornalutx or Soller. A 5 minutes drive takes you to
th ebeach of Port de Soller.
The area is well known for walking,
many pathes are starting near the house.
