This is a completely newly renovated mallorquin house of 430 m2 designed to top luxurious standard in a wonderful modern style while preserving all the ancient classic features of this beautiful old house. It is in grounds of 2000m2 with breathtaking views to the Tramuntana mountains. The location is very picturesque and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from Santa Maria.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining area with glass dining table. A modern fully equipped kitchen with glass walls from floor to ceiling on two sides.
