Beautiful restored old mallorquin house with large garden and pool at the outskirts of Soller.
On the ground floor there is a large living area on three levels with access to the side terrace, a room with a large open fire place, the dining room with access to the front terrace and the well equipped modern kitchen.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms , one with en suite bathroom the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. On the last floor there is one bedroom with three single beds and en suite bathroom.
The house is located in a large garden with palm trees, orange trees, flowers and a BBQ area. The terraces provide spectacular views to the mountains.
The pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace with sun loungers.
The house has Sat TV, DVD, music system, fans, central heating, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is private parking for 3-4 cars.
A 5 minutes walk takes you to the center of Soller. It is a10 minutes drive to the beach of Port de Soller with a variety of beach side
restaurants. The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away by car.
