situated outside Deia on a private lane down to the sea, very quiet in a big garden with citrus and peach trees, terraces and pool.
It is a very nice old mallorquin house on two floors recently renovated in a very tasteful way. Either from the inside or outside stairs one can reach the large living-dining area on the first floor, equipped with music system, TV, DVD, open fire place and a small open plan kitchen. Windows cover the length of the front wall offering fantastic sea views. On the same level there are two double bedrooms, one with en suit bathroom, the other has an open fireplace as well as a third double room with twin beds and a second bathroom. On the ground floor there is the well equipped main kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) with access to the front terrace as well as another living room. Adjacent to the house there is one independent apartment with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Further down in the garden there is the pool with sun terraces and BBQ.
The rooms are centrally heated and have fans.
A short drive will take you into either Deia, Valldemossa or Soller for eating out or swimming. All these places have a nice little beach with restaurants.
