Recently reformed house on 3 levels with large pool and beautiful views to
the mountains.
On the ground floor there is a living rooms with open fire place, a dining
room and a well equipped kitchen, all with doors leading to the terrace. Above
there are 4 double bedrooms (two twin, two double) each with en suit bathroom,
one with it's own terrace as well as a second large living room with open
fire place. The entire house is furnished to a very high standard.
There is a spacious covered terrace in front of the house, a terrace by the
pool and a roof terrace.
The house has central heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine,
Sat TV, DVD and music system with a wide CD collection.
It is a five minutes walk to the center of Fornalutx. A 10 minute drive takes
you to either Soller or the sandy beach of Port de Soller, where you will
find several bars, restaurants and shops.
