An exceptionally located farmhouse with sheep and horses on a hillside with
panoramic views of Soller Bay set in 20 000 qm of farmland with olive, citrus
and soft fruit trees. It is approached by a long private driveway. Entrance
is through an old coach house with a cobblestone floor.
The house is suitable for Yoga, painting or writing classes. The large olive press room is perfect for Yoga courses. In the garden or surrounding land you will find a lot of subjects for painting and the tranquility for writing.
The house has a large well equipped kitchen with wood burning stove, a big dining
room, a tastefully furnished living room with open fire place, TV and DVD and
a large olive press room with open fire place which can be used for special
occasions. There are 7 double bedrooms, 3 single bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and
1 large shower room.
The entire house is furnished to a very high standard in traditional style.
The large pool in a beautiful setting with sun loungers is overlooking
the mountains above and the sea below, behind which is a large terrace with
BBQ under a gazebo which is perfect for dining outside. In front of the house
under big trees there is another terrace with dining table.
The house has central heating and because of the thick walls it stays cool in
summer.
A 10 minute drive takes you to either Soller or the port of Soller with its
sandy beach, several bars, restaurants and shops.
