There is a living/dining room with open plan kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a nice furnished terrace with flower beds, sunloungers and BBQ.
The house is equipped with music system, Sat TV, central heating and Sofabed.
There is private parking.
There are lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. A footpath is leading down to the Deia beach. A fifteen minutes drive takes you to the sandy beach of Puerto de Soller.
