The house has one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms and a spacious living - dining area with open kitchen. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace, the sofa in the living room is a comfortable sofa bed.
The living room open onto a large terrace with wonderful sea views and comfortable furniture ideal for outside dining. Adjacent there is the pool and another terrace.
In front of the house there is a covered BBQ area.
The house has a wonderful mediterranean atmosphere.
There are pine, olive and citrus trees and beautiful roses.
The house has central heating , open fire place, wood burning stove, TV, music system, washing machine, dryer
and dishwasher.
A short walk takes you to the sea where you can enter via rocks, it is a 5 minutes drive to Deia, a 20 minutes drive to Soller.
