Spacious townhouse flat in the old part of Palma, although near to Plaza de
la Lonja it is in very quiet location
There are three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, a well
equipped kitchen and a large very light living/dining
room with french doors leading to a small balcony and with access to an other
sitting room.
The house is equipped with fans, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and music
system.
A 10 minutes walk takes you to the yacht club nautico or to the beach of Palma,
a 2 minutes walk takes you to Paseo Maritimo or to the town center.
