situated between Deia and Soller, very quiet in a beautiful tropical garden separate from the main house with it's own terrace and access to the shared large pool.
It is a very nice recently rebuilt studio. It has a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a small furnished terrace with outstanding views to the sea
The studio has central heating and air conditioning.
A short walk takes you down to the sea where you can swim off the rocks. It is a short drive either to Deia which has a beautiful rocky beach or Port de Soller with its sandy beach and seaside restaurants. It is a perfect situation for walks along the coast to Deia or Port de Soller.
