Restored semi detached mallorquin house with large garden situated in a quiet residential area
at the outskirts of Soller, a few minutes walk away from the center.
There is one double bedrooms, one single and one bedrooom with twin beds, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bath, a comfortable kitchen with dining table and living room with open fire place. The house has a spacious shaded terrace with ouitside kitchen and a roof terrace with beautiful mountain views.
The house has washing machine, dishwasher, electric heaters, microwave, TV, CD player, safe and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars.
The house "Huerta" shares a large pool (10x5 m) with the house "Valle" next door. The pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace with sun loungers.
If just one house is rented the other house stays empty and the pool is private.
Although it is very quiet it is only a few minutes walk to the shops, bars
and restaurants. The area is well known for walking, many pathes are starting
nearby.
