Small swedish wooden house in a large finca, tranquil location with nice garden and private woods.
There is one living rooms with double bed and sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with bath, a terrace with dining table and a garden with sun loungers.
The house has heating and is very comfortable in spring and autumn. Private parking available.
Although it is very quiet it is only a few minutes to the shops, bars and restaurants.
It is a 10 minutes drive by car to the centre of Palma, 15 minutes to the beaches.
There are sevaral golf courses nearby.
