situated between Deia and Soller, very quiet in a beautiful tropical garden with large pool and several terraces.
The house is the home of a local artist, there are many paintings and books creating a homely ambiance. It has a large bright living-dining area with comfortable sofa, open fireplace and open plan kitchen. French windows open to the terrace. The two double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a large terrace in front of the house with dining table for 8 people.
A separate apartment in the garden has one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a kitchen and a small terrace.
The house has central heating, air conditioning in one bedroom and in the apartment, ceiling fan in every room, dishwasher, washing machine, Sat TV, DVD, music system and private parking.
There are a number of steps leading to the house therefore it is not for people who would find that a problem. Also it is not suitable for children under 12 years.
It is a short drive either to Deia which has a beautiful rocky
beach or Port de Soller with its sandy beach and seaside restaurants. It is
a perfect situation for walks along the coast to Deia or Port de Soller.
