spectacular views of the port of Soller and the sea beyond.
The apartment is part of a recently built modern
complex. It has two bedrooms each with double bed and one with access to a
private terrace. There are two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living dining
area with open plan kitchen and access to a second terrace. Both terraces
are furnished and provide splendid views of the sea.
There is a large community pool (8x20 m) only a few steps away with sun terrace.
The apartment has air conditioning cold/ warm, washing machine, dishwasher, Sat TV, DVD and music system. Parking in front of the house.
It is a 5 minutes drive to the beach, restaurants , shops and bars. We recommend renting a car because the building is on a steep hill.
