Small house, peacefully located in an orange grove between Soller and Biniaraitx with beautiful mountain views.
The recently built stone house has a living dining area with open plan kitchen, a separate bed room with large double bed and a bathroom with shower. Glass doors lead to the large furnished terrace with table , chairs and sun loungers. The interior is modern furnished to a high standard and makes very good use of a small space.
The house has air conditioning cold/warm, Sat TV, music system, DVD, microwave, washing machine and BBQ.
A 5 minutes walk takes you to the village center with a small supermarket and a bar. It is a 5 minutes drive to Soller or 10 minutes to the beach of Port de Soller with a variety of beach side restaurants.
