situated between Soller and Port de Soller in an orange grove, tranquil, with
large garden, terrace and pool.
A very nice old mallorquin house on three levels, very tastefully decorated
and provides fantastic views to the the mountains.
On the ground floor there
is the living room and dining room with access to the terrace, the kitchen
and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The terrace is along the whole
front of the house.
On the upper floors there are two more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms
and 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. From all the rooms one has a wonderful
view to the orange grove and the mountains.
There is a separate small apartment with kitchen and bathroom and it's own
terrace for further 2 persons.
Beside the house there is a 12 m pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers.
The house has central heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD, music system, washing
machine and dishwasher.
A 20 minutes walk takes you to the beach of Port de Soller , a short drive
takes you into Port de Soller or Soller to the shops banks and restaurants.
There are nice beach side restaurants.
There is a tram stop nearby to go to
Soller or Port de Soller.
