The house has two bedrooms (1 double one twin bedded room) , a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath.
The living room and the kitchen have doors to the large furnished terrace with dining table and in built BBQ.
The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers.
The house has air conditioning, central heating,
dishwasher, washing machine, Sat TV and music system.
There is private parking.
A 15 minutes walk takes you to the center of Soller with its supermarket,
bars, restaurants and banks. It is a 10 minute drive to the beach of Port
de Soller where there is a variety of beach side restaurants.
