There are three bedroom, one with double beds one with twin beds and one with single bed, one bathroom with bath another one with shower and a well equipped kitchen with access to the rear garden.
The house has central heating, room fans, Sat TV, music system, washing machine and micro wave.
The area is a paradise for bird watchers and walkers yet is only a 1o minutes drive to the centre of Soller and its excellent family shops and plaza and a further 5 minutes takes you to the port of Soller with its sandy beaches and waterside restaurants and bars.
A short walk takes you to the village square with its authentic small bars, restaurants, shops and banks.
