Casa Margarita and Casa Marga
Two fraditional mallorquin houses with a large pool located at the outskirts of Biniaraitx in a very
quiet area with orange groves and provides beautiful mountain views
One of the houses has a spacious top room for workshops, seminars or yoga sessions.
Large gates at the entrance reveal a patio with lots of plants. On the ground floorog "Casa Margarita" there is the entrada/ dining room, the well
equiped kitchen, the living room with open fire place, one bedroom with
double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower. On the second floor there
are 3 more bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with
two double beds, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower and a toilet.
Casa Marga has 4 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds, 1 with double bed and 1 with double and single bed, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a dinning room and a living room. On top there is a large terrace with lovely flowers and plants, overlooking the Tramuntana mountains.
There is an outside kitchen, furnished terraces for 22 persons and a large pool.
The houses have electric heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Sat TV, DVD and Wifi.
Private parking for several cars.
A 3 minute walk brings you to the village
center with its small supermarket and a bar. It is a 10 minutes drive either
to Soller or the beach of Port de Soller where there is a variety of beachside
restaurants. Fornalutx is a 15 minutes walk away.
