Traditional mallorquin house with a large pool located at the outskirts of Biniaraitx in a very quiet area with orange groves and provides beautiful mountain views.
Large gates at the entrance reveal a patio with lots of plants. On the ground floor there is an entrada/ dining room, a well
equipped kitchen, a living room with open fire place, one bedroom with
double bed and a bathroom with bath/shower. On the second floor there
are 3 more bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with
two double beds, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower and a toilet.
There is an outside kitchen, a furnished terrace for 10 persons and a large pool.
The house has electric heating, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Sat TV, DVD and Wifi.
Private parking for several cars.
A 3 minute walk brings you to the village center with its small supermarket and a bar. It is a 10 minutes drive either to Soller or the beach of Port de Soller where there is a variety of beach side restaurants. Fornalutx is a 15 minutes walk away.
The area is famous for walking.
