Traditional mallorquin house located at the outskirts of Biniaraitx in a very
quiet area with orange groves and provides beautiful mountain views.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds, 1 with double bed and 1 with double and single bed, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a dinning room and a living room. On top there is a large terrace with lovely flowers and plants, overlooking the Tramuntana mountains. The house has a large top room for workshops, seminars or fitness sessions.
The garden outside has a big dining table for 12 persons.
The house has dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Sat TV, DVD and Wifi.
Private parking for several cars, pets are welcome.
A 3 minute walk brings you to the village center with its small supermarket and a bar. It is a 10 minutes drive either to Soller or the beach of Port de Soller where there is a variety of beach side restaurants. Fornalutx is a 15 minutes walk away.
The area is famous for walking.
