a traditional mallorquin house with a nice roof terrace situated in a small road at the centre of Deia.
It has recently been redecorated and all the rooms have the original beamed ceilings. The spacious living/dining room is very light and enjoys beautiful views of orchards below with the village and terraced hills beyond. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and access to the terrace, the other one with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet.
The well equipped kitchen has access to the living room and to the terrace.
The roof terrace is not overlooked is furnished with wooden table, chairs and sun loungers, it is beautifully situated for open air dining.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, radiators, music system, washing machine and micro wave.
There is a wood burning stove in the living room.
There are lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. You can walk or drive down to the Deia beach. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the sandy beach of Puerto de Soller. The area is well known for walking.
