Village house with garden in the center of Fornalutx with fantastic
views to the mountains and the village Biniaraitx.
The house is on three levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen with
dining area, a few steps lead down to the living room. On the second floor
there are two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) with en suite bathrooms.
The house has been recently completely and tastefully restored
and has air conditioning, cold/warm, room fans, SAT TV, DVD, music system,
cot, dishwasher and washing machine.
A nice garden with palm trees, sun loungers and private pool will
make your stay perfect.
The area is a paradise for bird watchers and walkers yet is only a 1o minutes
drive to the centre of Soller and its excellent family shops and plaza and
a further 5 minutes takes you to the port of Soller with its sandy beaches
and waterside restaurants and bars.
A short walk brings you to the village square with its authentic small bars,
restaurants and banks.
