situated between Deia and Soller underneath the coastal road on a narrow lane
which leads to the sea, very quiet, in a large beautiful large garden..
It is a spacious and light house with a large living-dining area featuring
an open fire place and access to the front terrace with unspoiled sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace, two bedrooms with twin beds sharing one bathroom and another bedroom with double bed and en suit bathroom. Every room has doors
to the large shaded front terrace. There is a roofed outside
dining area with BBQ.
There are two sofas in the living room which can be used as beds.
The house has radiators, open fire place, washing machine, dishwasher and music system.
A 3 minute walk takes you down to the sea where you can enter via boat ramps. It is good situation for walks along the coast to Deia or Port de Soller
or over the mountains to Soller. A 15 minutes drive takes you to the sandy beach of Port de Soller or to Soller, it is a 10 minutes drive to Deia.
