On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining area with glass doors to the furnished front and side terrace, a well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the second floor there are 4 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one separate bathroom. Three bedrooms have balconies. The front and the side terrace are covered, there is a sun terrace with sun loungers by the 9x4 m pool.

A 5 minutes walk takes you to the centre of Sa Rapita with some restaurants and supermarkets.
It is 15 minutes by car to the unspoiled very long sandy beach "Es Trenc" with it’s dunes and clear water.
10 minutes by car to Colonia San Jordi with lots of restaurants and shops.
