Recently built small country house above Soller with fantastic views of Soller and
the mountains. Standing in 30 000 m2 grounds with olive and lemon trees.
The house has one double bedroom, a gallery with extra bed, a living/ dining room
with open fire place an open plan kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside there
is a Jacuzzi and a shaded patio.

table and sun loungers provides outstanding views of the mountains
A few meters away there is the pool (9x4 m) which is shared with Can Comes one.
The house has air conditioning in the bedroom, open fire place, radiators, music system and private parking.
Although it is very quiet it is only a 15 minutes walk to the shops, bars
and restaurants. The area is well known for walking, many paths are starting
near the house.
