Situated above Deia, a narrow small road take you up to the house, providing beautiful views of the sea and the village of Deia.
The house has been recently completely restored in modern way respecting the traditional features.
On the ground floor there is the living -dining area with open plan kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double one twin and a bathroom with bath.
The rooms on the ground floor have doors to the large front terrace, the rear terrace has an outside kitchen with built in BBQ.
The pool (3,5x8 m) is surrounded by another terrace with sun loungers.
The house has central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, Sat TV and music system.
A 5 minutes drive takes you down to Deia, the bars,shops and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the idyllic beach of Deia.
