The house has a very luxurious location. It is above the Deya beach cove with
magnificent views of the coast line. An unpaved but navigable road leads to
the house.
The house is located in a large garden with palm trees and carob trees. On the ground floor there
is the living room with access to the
furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the sea, the dining room and the kitchen with access to the garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Two terraces on top of the house on either
side expand the living space and provide beautiful sea views.
The house is equipped with washing machine, radiators, fan, music system, BBQ and sun beds. Parking in front of the house.
The sea is a 10 minute walk down a footpath. To Deia it is a few minutes by car.
