A recently built house on two floors has spacious living-dining area with doors to the front terrace and garden. The open plan kitchen
is well equipped and has access to the terrace with covered dining area and outside kitchen with BBQ. There is one double bedroom with it"s own terrace, another bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with bath, jacuzzi, and shower.
The pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers.
The house has a wood burning stove, TV and music
system.
Private parking is provided.
A 10 minutes drive takes you to Fornalutx, a 20 minutes drive to the center of Soller or to the beach and restaurants of Port de Soller.
