Located between Deia and Soller, on a small lane down to the sea with garden and pool and fantastic sea views.
There are four double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom,one with twin beds and one separate bathroom. The iving - dining room has an open fire place and doors to the balcony with sea view. The well equipped modern kitchen has access to a large terrace with BBQ area and dining table.
Steps lead down to the pool which is surrounded by another terrace with sun loungers. The terraces provide beautiful views to the coast and sea.
The house has radiators, fans, music system, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is private parking for 2-3 cars.
A 15 minutes drive takes you to the sandy beach of Port de Soller, to Soller or Deia. All villages have nice restaurants and shops.
