On the first floor there is one bedroom with large double bed and dressing section, a second bedroom with double bad and a very stylish bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living-dining room with access to the furnished terrace and a very well equipped kitchen. The interior is modern furnished to a high standard.
The house has Sat TV, DVD, music system, fan and washing machine.
There is private parking.
A 5 minutes walk takes you to the village center of Biniaraitx with a small supermarket and a bar. It is a 5 minutes drive
to Soller or 10 minutes to the beach of Port de Soller with a variety of beach side
restaurants. The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away by car.
