situated between Deia and Soller on a narrow lane
which leads to the sea, very quiet, with fantastic sea views.
On the ground floor there is the living-dining room with open fire place and access to the front terrace with unspoiled sea views, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with access to the front terrace and a bathroom.
Above in the tower there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the lower floor there two bedrooms with twin beds, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Every room has doors
to the large front terraces with sea view except the tower room.
The small pool (aprox. 5x5 m) is located by another terrace with sun loungers.
The house has radiators, open fire place, Sat TV, music system, washing machine, dishwasher and outside BBQ.
There is private parking for 3-4 cars.
A 3 minute walk takes you down to the sea where you can enter via boat ramps. It is good situation for walks along the coast to Deia or Port de Soller
or over the mountains to Soller. A 15 minutes drive takes you to the sandy beach of Port de Soller or to Soller, it is a 10 minutes drive to Deia.
