situated in a quiet area of Fornalutx by a small straem with views of mountains
and citrus groves. The house is on three floors and has been completely and
tastefully restored and is furnished to a high standard.
It is spacious and light with a large living-dining area featuring an open
fire place and access to the front and rear terraces. There are four bedrooms
(two with king size beds, one with double and one with twin beds), three bathrooms
(one en suite) and one guest toilet. Outside there is a swimming pool surrounded
by a large terrace leading to a small garden.
The house is equipped with central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer,
Sat TV, DVD and music system.
A 3 minute walk brings you to the village center
with its small supermarket, several bars and restaurants and the banks. It
is a 10 minutes drive either to Soller or the beach of Port de Soller where
there is a variety of beach side restaurants.
